Each client is different and therefore the needs of each other are not the same. For this reason, together with Teowin, we always offer a range of services that are tailored to the needs of each user.
Some of these services are included in the acquisition of the software itself and others are free to hire.

INSTALLATION AND

During my installation, a professional technician will guide you and show you my main tools. They will also schedule your first training session. That way, you can learn about my abilities in just a few training sessions…

MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT CONTRACT

“Fully comprehensive insurance”
The contract includes personalised service from Simsa technicians, who will update me on a yearly basis, as well as resolve your queries and solve any unexpected incidents. This service is free but is ONLY included during the first year. After that time, you will need to renew me in order to continue benefiting from the maintenance service.

The manufacturers configure me and get me started up… They define the manufacturing system (exploded diagrams and mechanised processes), generate a complete simulation with several requests to define the workflow within the factory and ensure that all users learn how to use me…

This technical service is a guide in the data input process and points the optimum way for installation. You also have the option of signing up for special services.

Simsa offers you the possibility of requesting customised training courses or implementation packs adapted to your needs.

 These can be offered as on-site or remote services (at our offices or at your company), as intensive courses or even as one-off services.

TEOWIN – CATALOGUES & IMPORTS

‘Turnkey solution’

Furniture industry professionals work with catalogues, some of which are their own and others not. Simsa offers you a wide variety of libraries I can automatically import. Some of these are generic and others are collections, either from manufacturers who have chosen Teowin, or from more regular suppliers: Silestone and worktops, household appliances, etc.

If you’re interested in a catalogue that does not appear in our collection, Simsa has a catalogue department whose job is to address user requests.
